Sat 02/20 So, Sarah Palin is, obviously, a right-wing idiot. She is intellectually unsophisticated and shows her talent only when given opportunities for knee-jerk quips. This brings to mind another of her unpleasant characteristics: She's a whiny bitch.

I watched the clip of this supposed bitter offense (here) and have to tell you, I don't see anything about it, I mean anything, that appears to make fun of Trig. Sarah Palin and her knuckleheaded daughter are just plain fabricating outrage.

The character, the daughter of "an accountant and an ex-governor of Alaska" has Down syndrome, is out to dinner with a boy that claims he's wanted to go out with her for a while. Were I Trig's parent, I'd be thinking, that looks like a pretty good outcome.

Now, if they had complained about the character's whining and complaining (the real 'joke' of this bit), they might have a point. Of course, she isn't doing that because 1) not having anything to do with Down syndrome, it wouldn't support high dudgeon, and 2) most everyone would think, "whiny bitch? the apple doesn't fall far from the tree."

The willingness of these people to fabricate controversy is yet another reason to hold them in contempt. The fact that a lot of people seem to join in, is a reason to support representative government. Idiots all. #
